Appearance: Jahi has a fairly average, fit Astartes build, with tanned skin, a youthful face and keen, intense green eyes. His black hair is fine and straight, and normally tied back in a short ponytail at the nape of his neck. He carries himself with quiet, alert dignity, and is usually content to stay in the background of a gathering, observing all that goes on.

Personality: Jahi is, like most of his chapter battle-brothers, intelligent and eager to learn all that he can. He's generally quiet and stoic, with a dry, understated, deadpan sense of humour. In interactions with others, he tends to be polite, dignified and friendly in a reserved kind of way - unless he's with people he's comfortable with and considers friends, in which case he'll often playfully tease them for amusement's sake.

When it comes to battle, Jahi is focused and incredibly determined - stubborn even, almost to a fault. He rarely gives ground unless the odds are clearly overwhelming. Even then he only does so reluctantly, and he will hold the line for as long as it takes for the rest of his squad to get clear first.

Just a question, why is your armour at 7/9? Don't you have standard Astartes power armour?

Generally, all my boys start off with pre-heresy Mark IV armour. So that's why the 7/9 armour - FLUFF

Teeeeechnically he's not all that fresh - he's been in one serious battle against Heralds of Change, and he's been in the Deathwatch for a couple of years by now, I think, if I've gotten my timeline right. But he was also rushed into his black carapace earlier than he probably should have been (hence the missing progenoid glands), so eh. XD
