Man, I hurt. It's a good hurt, but I hurt none the less.

Today is day 3 of the gym. The plan is 5 days visiting gym, weekend rest. Starting slow, building up.
I'm happy to say I was doing this BEFORE the new year, but now I have a clear run at it all again.

Current routine:
Leg press, 3 reps: 16, 16, 20. (quads primary, hamstring and butt muscles secondary.)
Chest press, 3 reps: 16, 16, 20. (Like doing a sitting push-up. Works the chest and shoulders primary, arms and back secondary)
Hamstring Curls: 16, 16, 20. (Isolated hamstring work.)

Since I'm crippled, I have to work on my legs a lot. Every day is leg day. Lol.

OHH! Gym buddies when i visit! I'm signing up to one on Saturday. Can't have thousands of dollars worth of Lolita if i can't fit into them. And my curvy Western girl frame was pushing the Asian-sizing before Christmas, I shudder to think what would happen now.

You should get a good food plan as well. Not a diet mind you, just put some conscious thought into the food you eat.

Also, if you can actually last 5 times a week for 3 months, good for you, but try not to lessen it to any less than 3 times a week

Missed today's session. (Very sore, very tired) But still made 4 in a row.

I'll do a catchup session tomorrow to make it 5 for the week.

And there we have it. I actually made it to the gym 5 days in a week.
Not bad for an unfit, barely motivated cripple eh?

A quick bit of maths aaaand... this week I've done 260 of each machine. I'm kind of pleased.
I remember a time when I did that in a day, but progress is progress. Smile
