Born to mixed Capellan Citizen parents who worked as data analysts.
Went to a decent high school and was awarded a scholarship to Liao Conservatory of Military Arts based Merit.
Qualified for MechWarrior training and after finishing training shipped off to do two Tours of Duty with the 2nd Capellan Defense Force, while these were mainly in a support role it was enough of a taste of the action that she wanted more.
During her second tour, the death of her superior offered her a chance field promotion, an opportunity she relished and succeeded at, this earned her good reputation with her new superiors.

At a party being shown off as an exemplary Mech Warrior despite coming from the 'upper working class'; she pulled the wife of a foreign diplomat out of the flaming wreak of her hovercar. This action was enacted as further proof of her exemplariness and earned her Captaincy.

After this event she found it difficult to be placed for a field assignment and was often used to show off the high standard of Capellan Mech Warriors at social gatherings. At one of these social gatherings she met a Lyran social General that helped her escape her 'handler' and the party.

When it was absolutely clear that she would never get another field assignment in the action she coerced her handler to cover for her leave. Not wanting to be caught up in politics again, she left for Outreach to be part of the action she craved.

She is now one of Hunter's newest recruits and eager to prove herself.

Seen as cold and aloof or at least distant by the rest of crew, Dominika is acclimating to the new situation. The crew here seems more tight-knit that her previous squads.

Soon Hunter was able to secure a contract to assist the militia of Milheim against pirates. Facing a jump of a long 8 weeks Dominika trained anyone who was willing in the art of the blade. The security team took to the blade like a duck to water. Dominika is thinking of gifting them traditional uniforms and training blades once she can find a place that can fulfil the order.

She was given the honour of being Lance Leader for the new recruits' first deployment searching for source of radio chatter. The lance found it and defeated the convoy despite their dirty tricks. Dominika's Cicada was the only of the lance that took serious damage. Losing a Medium laser, Vix was not happy about that. Vix and the techies were surprised when Dominika physically repaired the Medium laser that was damaged herself with the help of Lockheed.

Once again given the honour of Lance Leader despite the Second-in-Command was deployed with them as in-field operations handler. The lance was sent investigate more radio chatter and ended up retrieving 3 'mechs including a Hector.

Dominika requested allocation of the crew permanently to the their chosen 'mechs and vehicles and the modification of the PH-X 1A to a 1D, request was granted.

The next few missions flew past quickly with rarely time to think about her situation. Dominika has realised that she feels like she has finally earnt her Captaincy. When the Hunter’s Hornets offered a buy-out to all due to the long-term garrison contract. Dominika realised she might become yet another show pony, while it would be more out of genuine pride rather than ‘oh look what the peasants can do’. Dominika was somewhat resistant to leave up to this realisation, but striking out by her own suddenly had appeal.

Dominika was glad she wasn’t the only one leaving the Hunter’s Hornets, although saddened to be not be in easy contact with her recent comrades.

Dominika and Dent followed by the very loyal security team she trained headed out to forge their own mercenary group.
Dominika relished the contact of more Liao soldiers even if they were also unable to return back to Capellan space. She was pleased to see her training was convincing enough the Breakers III tank crew thought the security guards were Liao commandos.

The trip to Hastur has been a very trip while she has met a lot of interesting people Dominika will be glad when they are planet-side.
